Volvo gives C30 hatchback a refresh
The All new updated hatchback from Volvo for 2010 has much to offer.

Two years after it was launched in the UAE, Volvo’s C30 hatchback has been updated for the 2010 year.

Volvo has released details and pictures of this refreshed car days ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show - which explains the approximately 16,555AED Ramadan discount package which is available on the current C30 in the UAE.

If the car does catch your fancy and you are able to resist the discount, the 2010 C30 does promise a substantial step-up in the looks department. The Swedish manufacturer has made its smallest offering more appealing by redoing the fascia on the lines of the grown up XC60 which adds a lot more style and makes the front end as funky as the rear.

2010 Volvo C30The new front with the new bumper, headlights, fog lamp inserts and grille will appeal to young buyers. Some of the pictures here feature an optional styling package that will also be offered on the car. On the inside there will be various interior trim options including leather upholstery.

Performance wise the 2010 C30 will feature a revised steering ratio which is tighter by 10% and 30% stiffer springs for sporty handling. The engine range is likely to remain the same as on the current model.

More details are expected at the Frankfurt debut on September 15.
